Shipping & Refund/Return Policy

 

Shipping:

http://www.lightupdecal.com will use USPS if other service is not requested or paid.

LightupDecal.com will not take the responsibility for items that were lost and damaged in shipping process.

Delivery confirmation numbers will be provided to customer. 

USPS does not supply tracking number for the international shipments.

Return/Refund:

We don't take responsibility for shipping damage.  If deamed, an investigation will be filed with carrier to file retreive/refund monies.

 

Buyer is responsible to provide a valid reason for the return and photos upon request.

If you are not satisfied with your LightupDecal.com purchase of a product, please email CustomerService@LightupDecal.com 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product to receive approval for a refund. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, LightupDecal.com will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the LightupDecal.com office within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the approval. Credit card and other shipping/handling fees will not be refunded.

All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. LightupDecal.com will assess a 20% restocking fee on any opened hardware or accessory.

Please note that LightupDecal.com does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

Product that is custom configured to your specifications, including personalized products will need to be authorized by customer before sale is completed.

Opened packages.

Products that are broken, dirty or unresaleable for any condition will not be refunded. (ripped flex cable from the body of the EL light up panel upon an applied force).


Buyer is responsible to receive the item when it is delivered.

 

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Because that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 1-3 hours after order is placed, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
